How we handle your information

Blue Line Protection is a mobile office trailer rental business owned and operated by Andrew Scroggin in Mountain City, Tennessee. This page explains what information this website collects and how it's used. The short version: we only use your information to respond to your rental inquiry, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

What you send us: when you use the reservation form, we receive the name, email address or phone number, and message you type in (usually your dates and delivery location).
Calls and texts: if you call or text the number on this site, we see your phone number like any other call or text.
Advertising cookies: we use Google Ads to let people find us, and Google's measurement tag (Google tag / gtag.js) sets cookies so Google can tell us when an ad click leads to an inquiry. See "Advertising" below.

How we use it

We use your contact information for one thing: getting back to you about your rental — confirming availability, delivery, and scheduling. We don't sell your personal information, we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list.

Advertising

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. Google sets cookies to measure whether our ads work — for example, to count when someone who clicked one of our ads later submits the reservation form. This measurement is anonymous to us; we see counts, not who you are. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages as long as we need them to handle your rental and our records, and delete them when they're no longer needed.

Your choices

If you'd like the information you sent us deleted, call, text, or email and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for renting office trailers and isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
